• Has security surveillance 24/7 & is smoke, drug & alcohol free;
• Needs your help so very guest can have a relaxing & safe experience. While in the spa, please refrain from loud conversations, turn off your cell phones or keep them on vibration;
• Asks that children are not to be left unattended in any area of the spa for their safety and security. Also, please leave your valuables at home. We are not liable for lost or stolen items;
• Will not tolerate sexual solicitations and report such occurences to the authorities immediately;
• Requests that all questions or concerns regarding any products or services are immediately addressed with any staff or management. We will strive to meet the best service you deserve;
• Welcomes returns on unopened products within seven (7) days along with the original receipt;
• Accepts checks, debit, visa and/or master card. Returned checks are to be reimbursed by cash or one of the approved cards above plus a $25 handling fee within three (3) business days of notification.

Spa Appointments

• All appointments are secured with a credit card, cash deposit or with a gift certificat;
• We charge a fee equivalent to 25% of the service for no-shows and for non 24-hr cancellations or re-scheduling.
• Please arrive at least 15 min. before your appointment. If you're running late, your courtesy call is appreciated. We reserve the right to accept another appointment if you do not call.
